Refund Policy

All payments for Ipprox services are processed by Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record). This refund policy is governed by Paddle's terms and conditions.
1. Consumer Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@ipprox.com before the cancellation period expires.
2. Digital Content Exception
Your right to cancel does not apply to digital content that you have started to download, access, or otherwise use. By purchasing and using our proxy services, you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once you begin using the service.
3. Refund Processing
If you cancel your purchase as permitted above, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision to cancel. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
4. Subscriptions
For subscription services, you may cancel at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
