At Ipprox, we strive to provide the highest quality proxy services. However, we understand that our services may not always meet your specific requirements.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee for new customers. If you find that our proxies do not work for your specific use case within the first 24 hours of your purchase, you may request a full refund.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee:
- Your request must be made within 24 hours of the initial purchase.
- You must have used less than 1GB of data (for residential/mobile proxies).
- Your account must not be suspended for violation of our Terms of Service.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Crypto payments (due to transaction fees and volatility), unless explicitly approved by support.
- Accounts terminated for abuse or illegal activity.
- Recurring subscription charges where cancellation was not requested prior to the renewal date.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@ipprox.com with your order details and the reason for the refund request.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The timing depends on your card issuer and may take additional time to appear on your statement.
- Account Credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit to your Ipprox account balance instantly.
6. Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@ipprox.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any billing issues promptly and fairly.
